We've often heard the famous words;“yesterday is history,tomorrow is mistery,but today is a gift,that's why it's called 'present' ”。indeed,rich or poor,every one is endowed with this most precious gift .only by treasuring it and living to our fullest potential in the present,can we project our way forward to a bright and rewarding future.
living at present requires a positive attitude to confront life;it's having the wisdom to spend our life's resources engaging in the most productive affairs; It's directing our time and energy towards the most efficient way to achieve a promising future! By living at present, we'll have more time and energy to focus on our goals and make a diffference to whatever our current task may be. Furthermore,, it's learning from the past instead of unnecessarily carrying heavy burdens from yesterday, and planing our future to wisely prepare for it instead of being impatient or restless . If we drawn, or let ourselves be overcome by yesterday's memories or strong feelings , how can we be observant enough to focus on things going on around us? If we are into dreaming or unnecessary concern for tomorrow,,how can we prepare well for the exciting upcoming future? that is why living at present is my top concern.
Living at present demands the courage to throw away useless encumbrances of the past , to accept what is unchangeable, to change what is chnageable, and to learn from the past which should be a lesson. ,instead of an obstacle.
Living at present also requires the wisdom to concentrate on the present ,preparing for the future and courageously displaying the patience to wait for tomorrow.
Over a long period of time, taking care of my little brother and making money at university push me too hard ,and i was so exhausted and anxious that i couldn't even sleep though my sleeping time is extremely limited.Eventually, I came to realize that I must lay off the mental burdens like worries from the past and concerns for the future and live at present. i need just to realise that I am on my way to my destination.; because I now know, that my top concern is “living at present ”!

Upon graduation, virtually all college students will confront the problem of the career choice，which is truly a tough choice. Students' opinions differ greatly on this issue. Some hold that there is no better way to get a decent job than working in a stated-owned business which will guarantee my life after retirement, but others take the attitude that a joint venture outweighs any other jobs as it may provide higher income for employees.
As to myself, I prefer the latter view. A joint venture, especially a high-salary joint venture, exerts a tremendous fascination on a great number of people, with no exception to me. Although it might be impossible to make sure my retirement pension is good enough, high-salary is exactly what I need just now. In my view, our career choices largely depend on where we want to stay for the rest of life. For me, metropolis is the place where I can grasp loads of opportunities and achieve my personal dreams. As I hold the view that live in the moment, not the future, and also in order to finance myself in some aspects such as the transportation, the house-renting, or social activities, a joint venture can satisfy my needs for the consumption I mentioned above.
In short, a joint venture is the first and only consideration in my choice of career.

First, in today’s more and more fierce competition, most people lead a hectic life style, and have no time for recreation, Games, however, provide them with a favorable chance to relax and plunge into a fervor of happiness as they did in their childhood. Adults, with the help of games, can easily restore their spirits and souls, which are the vital sections of a competitive ability. In this way, adults, moreover, will not only benefit from their leisure time in relaxing, but also get a way to improve their qualities to compete. So we can simply draw a conclusion from the reason I’ve just outlined: Games are essential for adults in restoring their energy.
Secondly, if an adult plays a carefully chosen game, which is comparatively more useful for training his mind, a metamorphosis will occur in his mental degree. Some games, known to all, are designed for pondering as well as for fun. With the effects of these games, intellectual coaching is occurring during the hours when you’re absorbed in the game. In such a substantial influence, one will undoubtedly obtain mammoth progresses in his speed to solve the massive problems and in his confidence to crack obstacles. So we can regard games as a teacher, who teaches us extra knowledge providing us with a considerable benefit.
Thirdly, what would happen if an adult never play games, which he once appreciated foremost in his childhood? The answer is incredible. Because he, without the help of a game, will always fail to relax himself from the tights schedules, and will not be ab
